Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).
Press home key (12) .

Press down key (13) until "Service" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press down key (13) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press OK key (14) in order to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (1) to the ON position.

Move right conveyor switch (15) to the AUTO position.
Move propel mode switch (4) to the PAVE position.

Squeeze trigger (16), and move propel lever (3) to the FORWARD position.

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (17) to the MINIMUM position.
Press OK key (14) .

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (17) clockwise until the right conveyor just begins to operate.

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (17) clockwise until the speed of the right conveyor shaft reaches 65 3 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (18) to return to calibration screen.
Push home key (12) in order to exit the calibration screen.
Move propel lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move right conveyor switch (15) to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (9) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (10) to the OFF position.
