Set up percentage values and warning colors.Overload - If set up with an Overload value of 110 and the color red, any truck load filled to 110% capacity or greater will appear as a red bar that reaches above the 100% capacity line. The percentage calculations are based on the payload of the current truck being loaded and the capacity of this truck as contained in the "MineStar" truck file.OK - If set up with an "OK" label and the color green, any truck filled between 90% and 110% of capacity (overload and underload) will appear as a green bar. The bar will rest under the 100% capacity line and above the underload capacity line.Underload - If set up with an Underload value of 90% and the color yellow, any truck load filled to 90% of capacity or less will appear as a yellow bar. The bar will reach below the underload capacity line.Capacity - This field acts as a filter. Any truck capacity that matches the configured number will be displayed in the payload history window. For instance, if the payload history window is to show only the payload history for trucks with a capacity of 100 tons, type 100 in this field. If no value is set in this field, then the history for all truck classes will be displayed in the window.Load Count - The Load Count field specifies the number of loads that will be displayed in the truck load history window. If creating a window that displays only the current payload, enter the number "1" in this field. The left window (1) in illustration 2 is set up with ten load counts. The right window (2) in illustration 2 is set up with one load count.Range (+/-) - The Range (+/-) fields specify the maximum and minimum percentages that will be displayed in the payload history window. If the left (+) value is 140, then the vertical bar for a load filled to more than 140% of capacity will reach beyond the top of the display window. If the right (-) value is 30, then the value for a load filled to less than 30% of capacity will register at the baseline of the vertical bar.Display Dippers - If the vertical bar for the current truck load is to be displayed incrementally as dipper information is known, select the "Display Dippers" checkbox. If this box is not checked, the vertical bar will be displayed only after the information for the entire load is known. Select this option If a window that displays only the current payload is being created. The left window (1) in illustration 2 is set up with the Display Dippers option unselected. The right window (2) in illustration 2 is set up with the Display Dippers option selected.
