This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3765" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3765" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Parts Stock
Submit one claim for all 6I0785 and 6I1087 Housing Assemblies removed from Parts Stock.
US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a Parts Stock claim use 99Z00007 in the Product Identification Number Field.
Affected Product
The inspection is a two-hour job. If the relief valve housing needs to be replaced, one additional hour of labor may be claimed.
For industial and generator set engines, the parts may be claimed at Customer List prices.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Rework Procedure
Refer to the Illustration below to identify the correct and incorrect 6I0785 and 6I1087 Housing Assemblies. The cover will have the supplier's part number of 3766K021 stamped on it and either a "1" or a "2" stamped just below the supplier's number.
Parts Stock
Remove all 6I0785 and 6I1087 Housing Assemblies from Parts Stock that are marked with a "2".
Affected Product
1. Remove the oil pan, and look for a number on the relief valve housing.2. If the housing is marked with a "1" no further action is necessary.3. If the housing is marked with a "2", remove the existing housing and install a new one marked with a "1".
