Clean the old gasket from the surfaces of the cylinder block and flywheel housing. Install Tooling (B) in the cylinder block. Install a new gasket.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to flywheel housing (6). The weight of flywheel housing (6) is approximately 55 kg (120 lb). Note: Use caution when you install the flywheel housing. You may cause damage to the gaskets.
Place flywheel housing (6) in position on Tooling (B).
Install bolts (5). Remove Tooling (B). Install remaining bolts (5) and bolts (7). Remove Tooling (A).
Cut the bottom of the gasket even with the flywheel housing and the cylinder block. Apply Tooling (C) to the areas of the gasket that make contact with the gasket for the engine oil pan.

Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring seal on tube assembly (4). Install tube assembly (4).
Place air cleaner (2) in position. Install bolts (3) and tighten hose clamp (1). End By:
Install the crankshaft rear seal and the wear sleeve.
Install the starting motor.
