This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3687" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3687" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure
Refer to the Illustration below.
1. At location "A", remove the twelve existing 6V3668 Bolts and 3B4508 Lockwashers. Install twelve new 6V3668 Bolts and 3B4508 Lockwashers. Bolts should be removed and replaced one at a time so the compressor housing "C" does not come loose.
2. At location "B", remove four of the six existing 6V3668 Bolts and 3B4508 Lockwashers. Install four new 6V3668 Bolts and 3B4508 Lockwashers. The remaining two bolts and lockwashers are not accessible, and do not need to be replaced.
