Disconnect water spray hose assembly (7) and water spray hose assembly (8). Install caps (C) on each port of the charge filter.

Connect hose assembly (7) and hose assembly (8) to either end of Tool (B). Install Tool (C) on the tee. Connect Tool (A2) to tap (9) on the charge pressure filter. This charge pressure filter is for the emulsion pump. Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (6) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.

Press throttle switch (4) once to the place the engine in high idle. Engine speed should be 2200 50 rpm. Note: Two things indicate when the engine is at high idle. First, the engine rpm will appear on machine display (5). Second, an indicator light next to the throttle switch will illuminate.
Operate the engine at high idle. Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on machine display (5). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 40° C (104° F).
With propulsion lever (1) in the NEUTRAL position and the engine operating at high idle, read the pressure on Tool (A). The pressure should be 2500 400 kPa (360 58 psi).
Press throttle control switch (4) in order to place the engine in low idle. Note: Two things indicate when the engine is at low idle. First, the engine rpm will appear on machine display (5). Second, the indicator light next to the throttle switch will go out.
Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
If pressure is within specified range, go to Step 8. If pressure is not within the specified range, go to "Adjustment Procedure", "Emulsion Charge Pressure".
