3. Remove oil return line (1).4. Remove two bolts that hold the gauge tube for oil level to the oil pan. Remove gauge tube.5. Remove twenty-four bolts (2) that hold the oil pan (3) to the engine. Remove the oil pan. Weight is 10 lb. (4.5 kg).Install Oil Pan
1. Put the oil pan in position on the engine and install the bolts that hold it.2. Put the gauge tube for oil level in position on the oil pan and install the bolts that hold it.3. Install the oil return line.4. Lift the front crankcase guard and install the bolts that hold it.5. Fill the engine with oil to the correct level.
