Unbrako: Unbrako
Unbrako 1111946 Alloy Steel Shoulder Screw, Black Oxide Finish, Knurled Socket Cap Head, Hex Socket Drive, Meets ASME B18.3, Right Hand Threads, 3/8"-16 Thread Size, 1/2" Shoulder Diameter, 3-1/4" Shoulder Length, (Pack of 25)
Alloy steel is often used in applications where strength is the primary consideration, and black oxide finish offers mild corrosion resistance and lubricity || Socket cap head is round with a flat top and a high profile that provides high strength || Knurling on the head enhances grip for hand-turning || Hex socket drive has a hexagonal slot that turns using an Allen key driver, permitting more compact spacing than a hex head cap screw || Meets ASME B18.3 specifications

Information:

Fig. 131 - Install Valve Segment into Control HeadCoat the valve segment with a suitable grease to hold it in position, and install it into the control head. The cut-outs on the valve segment should be positioned toward the smaller setting piston bore in the control head. On V11-110 and V11-160 motors, the block spindle must engage the socket in the setting piston.Place a new gasket onto the control head mounting surface of the bearing housing. Install the control head with setting piston and valve segment onto the bearing housing. Make sure the control head is oriented properly for the type of control used on the motor. The cylinder block spindle must enter the bearings in the center of the block.
Fig. 132 - Installing Control Head and Valve SegmentInstall and alternately tighten the eight (8) hex socket head capscrews retaining the control head to the bearing housing. Slowly rotate the motor shaft while tightening the control head capscrews to ensure that the synchronizing shaft rollers are properly located.
Be certain the synchronizing shaft rollers are properly located in the cylinder block. Do not force the control head into position on the bearing housing.
Torque the control head capscrews to the following values: Earlier production motors use lower tensile strength capscrews to retain the control head. Always replace these capscrews with the higher strength capscrews ("grade 12.9") used on later production motors.
Fig. 133 - Setting Lug (V11-060, 080, 250)On V11-060, V11-080, and V11-250 motors, install the setting lug through the setting piston and into the socket in the valve segment. If the motor is equipped with a Proportional or Pressure Compensated control, the feedback fork is threaded into the setting lug. Position the fork at right angles to the setting piston, with its offset toward the large end of the piston. Tighten the set screw securing the setting lug to the setting piston. The tip of the set screw must enter the groove in the lug. Replace the piston stroke limiter spacer (if used) and the limiter capscrew. Refer to the setting piston installation instructions in the "Minor Repair and Replacement" section for details.
Fig. 134 - Retaining Setting Lug (V11-060, 080, 250)On V11-110 and V11-160 motors with Proportional or Pressure Compensated control, reinstall the feedback fork into the setting piston with two (2) Belleville spring washers (outside diameters touching). Tighten the fork into the setting piston until the washers are fully compressed, then turn counter-clockwise until the fork is positioned at right angles to the setting piston, with its offset toward the large end of the piston. Refer to the displacement control installation instructions in the "Minor Repair and Replacement" section for details. Check that the setting piston can be moved easily by hand.
Fig. 135 - Installing Setting Piston End CoversReinstall the setting piston end cover(s) or manifold assembly, using new O-rings. Install and torque the hex socket head capscrews to the following values: Turn the motor shaft by hand to assure correct assembly. Recheck that the synchronizing shaft rollers are
