Step 25
Install the 386-7312 Plate using the 8T-4136 Bolt and 8T-4121 Washer into the 9R-2613 boss.
Reference Image 1.26.1.
Use the 6V-9746 and 4J-0524 O-ring on the 281-3442 tube assembly.
Use the 5K-9090 and 7M-8485 O-ring on the 324-3323 tube assembly.

Secure upper steering line to the lower end of the 386-7312 Plate using the 8T-4195 Bolt, 8T-4121 Washer, 9M-8406 Clip, 8T-4121 Washer, and 8T-4133 Nut in that order. Reference Image 1.27.1.

Install the Suspension Cylinder
Reference RENR8286 "Front Suspension (Cylinder) ? Remove and Install."
Step 28
Inspect the joints for any gaps between the mounting surfaces in three places as shown on Image 1.29.1. Check the top, below keyway, and bottom on each side of joint using a .005 inch feeler gauge.

If no gap is detected proceed to step 28. If a gap is detected, the front suspension mounting bolts must be loosened and re-tightened to the correct torque. Re-tighten the bolts to specification using the tighten sequence shown in Image 1.30.1. If gap is still present please contact product support for further instruction.

Install Hood reference RENR8278 "Hood ? Remove and Install"
Step 31
Install Catwalk using previously removed hardware.
Step 32
Install Tire reference RENR8286 "Tire Removal and Install"
