Removal Procedure

Remove screws (1) and cover (2) from the left side of the cab.

Remove screws (4) and panel (3) from the left side of the cab.

open cover (6) on wiper arm assembly (5).

Disconnect hose (8) from the fitting.
Remove nut (7) and wiper arm assembly (5).

Remove cap (10) from wiper motor (13).
Remove nut (9) from wiper motor (13).
Support wiper motor (13) inside the cab. Remove nut (11) and wiper motor (13). Installation Procedure
Install wiper motor (13) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nut (11) and nut (9) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).
Push the wiper arm assembly straight onto the tapered shaft. If the wiper arm assembly is not installed straight when the shaft turns, the splines will be improperly formed and damage will occur.
Do not operate the wiper motor before the wiper arm assembly is installed.A new wiper motor is preset in the parked position. If the wiper motor is operated before installation of the wiper arm assembly, misalignment will occur. This can cause damage to the wiper motor, the wiper arm assembly, and/or the window.Do not manually rotate the wiper arm assembly on the shaft.
Position wiper arm assembly (5) on the wiper motor at 40 4 degrees to the left of the vertical center line.
Tighten nut (7) to a minimum torque of 12 N m (106 lb in).
