Removal Procedure

Lower bucket (3) to the ground. Ensure that bucket (3) is flat and ensure that bucket (3) is stable.
There may be a binding in the bores after the removal of the linkage pins and sudden separation can occur causing personal injury.Release all hydraulic pressure and make sure bucket and/or attachment is on a stable level position.

Remove bolt (7), the washer and spacer (5). Remove pin (6) and washers (4). Place identification marks on the washers to aid in assembly.

Remove bolt (7), the washer and pin (6) from tilt linkage (1) .
Attach the appropriate lifting device to the top of bucket (3). Remove bucket (3). The weight of bucket (3) is 500 kg (1100 lb).
