Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect". Note: Put identification marks on all wires and on all connectors for installation purposes.

Remove screws (1) and remove cover panel (2).

Remove screws (3) from cover panel (4). Repeat this step for the screws on the other side of the cover panel.

Remove screws (5). Repeat this step for the screws on the other side of the cover panel.
Remove cover panel (4).

Remove parking brake control knob (7) and the nut.
Remove screws (6).

Disconnect harness assemblies (8) from panel assembly (9).

Support wiper motor assembly (15) as the nuts are removed.
Remove nuts (16) and remove wiper motor assembly (15).
