1. Disconnect fuel transfer pump inlet line (1).2. Disconnect bleed lines (2).3. Disconnect fuel transfer pump outlet line (3).4. Disconnect fuel line (4) to injection pump housing.5. Remove six mounting bolts (5).6. Remove fuel filter housing.Install Fuel Filter Housing
1. Place housing in place and install the six mounting bolts.2. Connect fuel line to injection pump housing.3. Connect fuel transfer pump outlet line.4. Connect bleed lines.5. Connect fuel transfer pump inlet line.Disassemble Fuel Filter Housing
preparatory step: a) remove fuel filter housing1. Remove the fuel priming pump. 2. Remove the fuel filters (1).3. Remove the fuel filter housing bleed valve and seat (2).4. Remove the fuel injection pump housing bleed valve and seat (3).5. Remove check valve (4) from housing.6. Remove bypass valve (5) from housing.7. Remove tank (6).Assemble Fuel Filter Housing
1. Install bypass valve.2. Install check valve.3. Install the fuel injection pump housing bleed valve and seat.4. Install the fuel filter housing bleed valve and seat.5. Install the fuel filters and tank.6. Install the fuel priming pump.concluding step: a) install fuel filter housing.Remove Fuel Injection Lines
1. Remove the fuel injection line hold-down clips (1) and mounting bolts.2. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the fuel injection pump housing.3. Disconnect the fuel injection lines from the camshaft housings.4. Remove the fuel injection lines. Install caps or plugs on all lines or openings.
