1 18 8T-7547 Bolt Tighten the bolts to 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in) in star pattern. Again tighten the bolts in star pattern to 4 1 N m (35 9 lb in).
Finally tighten bolts to 8.0 0.5 N m (70.8 4.4 lb in).
2 2 148-8332 Adapter As Torque to 3.4 1.0 N m (30.1 8.9lb in).
4 5 8T-0289 Bolt Tighten the bolts to 1.70 0.25 N m (15.05 2.21 lb in) in star pattern. Again tighten the bolts in star pattern to 1.70 0.25 N m (15.05 2.21 lb in).
Finally tighten bolts to 3.5 0.5 N m (31.0 4.4 lb in).
Determine the index hole on gasket (3) and align with index mark on tank. Do not force bolts through holes in gasket.
5 5 8T-0352 Bolt Tighten the bolts to 1.70 0.25 N m (15.05 2.21 lb in) in star pattern. Again tighten the bolts in star pattern to 1.70 0.25 N m (15.05 2.21 lb in).
Finally tighten bolts to 3.5 0.5 N m (31.0 4.4 lb in).
Determine the index hole on gasket (3) and align with index mark on tank. Do not force bolts through holes in gasket.
6 1 148-8364 Elbow As Torque to 15 4 N m (133 35 lb in).
7 1 306-8127 Adapter Torque to 20 to 40 N m (177 to 354 lb in).
8 1 164-5616 Plug As Torque to 18 4 N m (159 35 lb in).
9 1 165-2273 Shutoff Valve Gp Orientate valve outlet 90 5 degrees down from horizontal.
10 1 399-2420 Plug As Torque to 18 4 N m (159 35 lb in).
