Installation Procedure
The space between the body and the frame becomes a zero clearance area when the body is lowered. Failure to install the retaining cable can result in injury or death to personnel working in this area.
Personal injury or death can result from air in the oil for the brake hydraulic system.Air in the system can prevent complete brake application and it is possible that the wheels on the machine can not be stopped.Air must not be in the oil for the brake hydraulic system to function properly.

Use a suitable lifting device to install air/hydraulic cylinder (5). The weight of air/hydraulic cylinder (5) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Install bolts (6).

Connect harness assembly (4). Tighten harness assembly (4) to a torque of 13.4 1.5 N m (118.6 13.3 lb in).

Connect hose assembly (3) and hose assembly (2).

Connect hose assembly (1).

Purge the air from the hydraulic oil in the brake hydraulic system. Refer to Air System and Brakes, Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Brake System Air - Purge" for the correct procedure.
