Error Codes That Can Be Activated When Any Lockup Clutch Calibration Procedures Are Performed
Error Code Probable Cause of Activation Recommended Actions
0006 - Calibration Aborted by Tool / Monitor Service technician cancels the calibration .
0002 - Active Diagnostic Present Any of the termination criteria are TRUE .
1021 - Transmission oil temp too low Transmission oil temperature falls below the minimum transmission oil temperature to continue Ensure that transmission oil temperature is at or above the minimum oil temperature for this machine.
Check that the electrical wiring from the transmission oil temperature sensor to the ECM is correct.
Replace the transmission oil temperature sensor if all else fails.
1018 - Parking brake not engaged Parking brake position is DISENGAGED Ensure that parking brake switch plunger is fully pulled.
Check that the electrical wiring from the parking brake switch to the ECM is correct.
Replace the parking brake switch if all else fails.
1074 - Engine RPM too low Engine output speed is less than the minimum engine speed Ensure that engine speed is greater than or equal to the minimum engine speed required to run the lockup clutch calibration for the platform.
Check that the electrical wiring from the engine speed sensor to the ECM is correct.
Replace engine speed sensor if all else fails.
101B - Machine speed not zero Transmission output speed is greater than 0 for greater than the zero ground speed debounce duration Ensure that machine ground speed is zero
Check that the electrical wiring from the transmission output speed to the ECM is correct.

Machine speed not zero Transmission output speed is non-zero "Ensure that machine ground speed is zero Check that the electrical wiring from the transmission output speed to the ECM is correct. Replace the transmission output speed sensor if all else fails."
