1 1 430-4008 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
2 1 433-1348 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber torics seals and all surfaces that contact the toricsseals must be clean and dry when the parts are assembled.
Apply a thin coat of oil on the contact surfaces of the metal seals prior to installing the metal seals.
The metal seals must be assembled square with the bore. The rubbertorics seals must not bulge and the rubber toricsseals must not be twisted.
Apply lubricant to all other seals during the assembly.
3 1 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
4 24 6V-8097 Bolt(1) Torque to 33 7 N m (292 62 lb in).
Turn an additional 60 5 degrees.
5 20 8T-0667 Bolt(1) Torque to 460 70 N m (339 52 lb ft).
Turn an additional 120 10 degrees.
6 3 419-6358 Bushing Bore before assembly is 95.395 0.013 mm (3.7557 0.0005 inch).
7 3 8C-7562 Flat Head Screw Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to threads.
8 1 7X-4801 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
9 51 8C-3411 Bolt(1) Use the following procedures to tighten the bolt:
1. Tighten seven equally spaced bolts in an alternating sequence to 900 150 N m (664 111 lb ft).
2. Torque the remaining bolts in an alternating sequence to 900 150 N m (664 111 lb ft).
3. Torque each bolt by an additional 120 10 degrees in an alternating sequence.
4. The minimal acceptable torque for the bolts is 2000 N m (1475 lb ft).
10 4 419-6359 Bushing Bore before assembly is 120.080 0.013 mm (4.7275 0.0005 inch).
11 1 2D-6506 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
12 8 6V-3822 Bolt Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to threads.
13 2 2S-4078 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
14 13 6V-4429 Bolt(1) Torque to 145 30 N m (107 22.12680 lb ft).
Turn an additional 60 5 degrees.
15 1 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
16 1 173-0566 Drain Assembly Tighten assembly to 130 10 N m (96 7 lb ft).
Tighten plug to 65 6 N m (48 4 lb ft).
