250-7100, 281-6501, 314-2485, 360-1646, 365-9318, 365-9319, 365-9320, and 365-9321 Service Replacement C175-16 Engines with a B7B prefix
Rework all engines built prior to B7B00446.
288-8962, 314-2486, 365-9324, 365-9325 Service Replacement C175-16 engines with a JTL prefix
Rework all engines build prior to JTL00240.
262-1300, 282-2060, 360-1647, 365-9326, 365-9327, 365-9328, and 365-9329 Service Replacement C175-20 Engines with a LLM prefix
Rework all engines built prior to LLM00312.
Refer to the Action Required for the Affected Product for the rework procedure.
****Affected Product****
1. Remove the harness by the high pressure fuel pump. This harness has an 8 pin connector (A) that attaches to the right harness breakout and two 12 pin connectors. One 12 pin connector goes to the suppression module (B), and the other 12 pin connector to the Fuel Control Valve (FCV) (C).
2. Remove the suppression module and any mounts and hardware.
3. Install a new jumper 365-5949 Harness As between the RH rail breakout (A) and the FCV (C). The new jumper harness replaces the harness that was removed. Secure the harness.
4. Key on the truck. Verify that there is no 18-9 code. Start truck to verify successful update.

Submit one claim for all engines that are reworked while in dealer parts stock and/or dealer exchange inventory.
1 hour labor will be allowed for each engine that is reworked. One 3655949 Harness will be allowed for each engine that is reworked.
Include the engine serial numbers and arrangement numbers in the service claim.
