2. Remove four bolts (1). Remove right cover (2). 3. Remove four bolts (3). Remove left cover (4). 4. Loosen hose clamps (5). Disconnect hose (6) from the pump. Cap or plug openings immediately. 5. Disconnect hose (7). Disconnect hose (8). Remove two bolts (9). When installing, tighten the two bolts to a torque of 95 15 N m (70 11 lb ft).6. Remove hydraulic oil pump (10) and gasket. For installation of the hydraulic oil pump, reverse the removal steps.7. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. The pump bodies and the number of bolts in the cover in the photos are different then the actual hydraulic oil pump used on the 1T14B. However, the disassembly and assembly procedure is similar.Start By:a. remove hydraulic oil pump

Typical Example10. Remove bearing plate (19) that was under gears and then remove pump body (18).

Typical Example12. Turn pump mounting plate (22) and remove retainer ring (23) and lip seal (24). The following steps are for the assembly of the hydraulic oil pump.
Typical Example13. Inspect all seals for damage. Make a replacement if necessary. Put a small amount of clean hydraulic oil on all seals and parts.14. Put lip seal (24) in position with the lip down. Install seal with tool group (A).15. Install retainer ring (23) with tool (B).
