Remove bolt (6). Place hose assembly (3) aside.

Install a suitable hoist and lifting slings to pilot pump (2) .
Remove two bolts (7) .
Use the hoist in order to remove pilot pump (2). The weight of pilot pump (2) is 10 kg (22 lb).

Install a suitable hoist and lifting slings to axle oil cooler pump (4) .
Remove two bolts (8) .
Use the hoist in order to remove pilot pump (4). The weight of pilot pump (4) is 16 kg (35 lb).

Disconnect hose assembly (9) .

Remove bolt (10) .

Remove bolts (11) and disconnect speed sensor (12) .

Remove bolts (13) .
Disconnect electrical connectors (14) for the modulating valves.

Remove bolt (15) and disconnect electrical connector (16) .

Disconnect two hose assemblies (17) from the transmission oil pump.

Disconnect hose assembly (18) from the torque converter priority valve.

Disconnect hose assembly (19) from the torque converter relief valve.

Remove the bolt and bracket (20) .
Disconnect hose assembly (21) from the torque converter housing.

Disconnect hose assembly (22) from the bottom of the torque converter priority valve.Note: Prior to the removal of the torque converter assembly, make sure that all hose assemblies and electrical connectors have been disconnected.

Install Tooling (A) to the torque converter assembly.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains.
Remove bolts (23) .
Use the hoist in order to remove the torque converter assembly. The weight of the torque converter assembly is 635 kg (1400 lb).
Remove the O-ring seal between the engine and the torque converter housing.
