1. Pry link (2) from crank assembly (3) and shaft assembly (1). 2. Remove nut (4) and the washer, and remove crank (3) from the motor. 3. Remove three bolts (6), and remove motor (5) from bracket (8).4. Remove four screws (7), and remove shaft assembly (1) from bracket (8).Assemble Windshield Wiper Motor And Linkage
1. Put shaft assembly (1) on bracket (3), and install four screws (2) that hold it in place. Tighten the screws to a torque of 5.8 0.8 N m (52 7 lb.in.). 2. Put motor assembly (4) in position on bracket (3), and install three bolts (5) that hold it in place. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 5 1 N m (45 9 lb.in.). 3. Put crank (8) in position on the shaft of the motor, and install the washer and nut (6). Tighten the nut to a torque of 13.5 2.5 N m (10 2 lb.ft.).4.
