Use Tooling (A), straps and Tooling (B) to install transmission hydraulic control valves (10). Position Tooling (A) on the rollover protective structure. Use a strap to fasten Tooling (B) to Tooling (A) .
Use Tooling (B) and two straps to install the transmission hydraulic control valves. The weight of the transmission hydraulic control valves is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Install bolts (8) and (9) that hold the transmission hydraulic control valves in position. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 48 4 N m (35 3 lb ft).
Install two bolts (11) that hold the transmission hydraulic control valves in position. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).

Note: Steps 5, 6, and 7 are not necessary if the cab has been removed.
Install clutch control cable (5) in the notch of the modulating valve link that is inside the transmission.
Install cover (6) on clutch control cable (5). Then install the two bolts (7) that hold cover (6) on the transmission.
Adjust the clutch control cable. Refer to Specifications, "Clutch Control (Inching)" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install transmission control cable (1) in the notch of the hydraulic control linkage for the transmission that is inside the transmission.
Install cover (3) on transmission control cable (1). Then install two bolts (2) that hold cover (3) on the transmission.
Adjust the transmission control cable. Refer to Specifications, "Transmission Control Linkage" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the gasket, cover (4), and the bolts on the transmission.End By:
Install the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the cab headliner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab Headliner - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
