Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble later. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install shaft (6) into idler (7).
Fill the front idlers with gear oil.
Install two bearings (5) to the idler.
Install two snap rings (4) to the idler.
Install two dust seals (3) to the idler.
Install two supports (2) to the idler with washers and two bolts (1). Tighten the bolts.
Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the front idler on the other side of the machine. End By:
Install the front idler and the hydraulic track adjuster. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Idler and Track Adjuster - Install".
Install the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Remove and Install".
