Start By:
Remove the left engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Left Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install".
Remove the belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) and sheet (2) .

Disconnect tube assembly (3) .

Remove bolts (4) and the clips. Position tube assembly (3) out of the way. Remove sheet (5) .

Remove bolts (6) and the clips. Position tube assembly (3) out of the way. Remove sheet assembly (7) and sheet (8) .

Remove two bolts (9) .

Install Tooling (A) and remove bolts (10) .

Slide damper and pulley (11) outward on Tooling (A) and attach a lifting sling through the center bore. Use a hoist and the lifting sling to remove the damper and pulley. The combined weight of the damper and pulley is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Installation Procedure

Use a lifting sling and a hoist to position damper and pulley (11) on Tooling (A). Remove the lifting sling. The combined weight of the damper and pulley is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).

Install bolts (10) and remove Tooling (A) .

Install two bolts (9) .

Position sheet (8) and sheet assembly (7). Install bolts (6) and the clips. Position tube assembly (3) .

Position tube assembly (3). Position sheet (5) and install bolts and clips (4) .
