The software release of 392-0727 Communication Software Gp on Vital Information Management System (PL GSM) (523) causes the ECM to power cycle when downloading the snapshot files. Thus preventing the snapshots from being downloaded and from showing 100% complete in the status column in VIMSpc.Solution
Deactivate automatic snapshot downloads and do not manually download snapshots unless necessary. Log ECM settings before downloading snapshot files. The logged ECM settings will need to be restored after downloading the snapshot files.
