PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
. Park the machine on firm level ground and apply the hand brake.
. Lower the stabilizer feet to the ground without holding any machine weight.
. Lower the boom and stick to the ground.
. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".
. Remove the following 219-8533, 219-8534, 219-8535, and 219-8536 Tubes plus original clips, bolts and washers.
. Refit new tubes and relevant hardware highlighted in the parts needed list and in the attached Images 1.1.1 and 1.1.2
. After assembly of the new parts, test for leaks and operation of the stabilizer legs.
. Inspect, and if required, adjust the stabilizer leg wear pads in accordance with the information described in the Operations and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7687.
