start by:a) remove cab* 1. Turn fuel valve (1) to the "OFF" position.2. Disconnect fuel line (2) from fuel valve (1). 3. Remove fender (3) and sheet assemblies (4) and (5) from the left side of the machine.4. Lift the operator's seat and put a block under it for support. 5. Make a replacement of the eyebolt used to hold seat belt (6) to the fuel tank with a 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolt (7). 6. Remove floor plate (8) from the left side of the machine. 7. Fasten tool (A) to fuel tank (9). The spacer used to hold the lower end of the grab iron to the hydraulic tank on the right side of the machine can be used to hold tool (A) from the surface of fuel tank (9).8. Fasten a hoist to tool (A), eyebolt (7) and the grab iron of fuel tank (9) as shown. 9. Remove bolts (10) that hold the front and rear of the fuel tank and remove the fuel tank. 1. Fasten a hoist to fuel tank (1) with tool (A), a 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolt and the grab iron as shown.2. Put the fuel tank in position on the machine and install the bolts, washers and nuts to hold it.3. Remove tool (A) and make a replacement of the forged eyebolt with the eyebolt that holds the seat belt to the fuel tank. 4. Install floor plate (2) on the machine. 5. Install fender (3) and sheet assemblies (4) and (5). 6.
