Service Brake Pedals
1. Left Brake Pedal- The left brake pedal disengages the transmission (only if selected) and brakes the machine. This permits higher engine speed for better hydraulic response.Depress the left brake pedal when positioning and raising the front attachment at the same time.Release the pedal to re-engage the transmission and to release the brake. 2. Right Brake Pedal- The right brake pedal slows down the machine ground speed for normal braking.Depress the right brake pedal for normal machine braking.Release the pedal to release the brake and allow the machine to move.Parking/Secondary Brake
Do not apply the parking/secondary brake while the machine is moving unless an emergency exists. The use of the parking brake as a service brake in regular operation will cause severe damage to the parking/secondary brake system.
Pull the lever up to apply the parking/secondary brake.Push the lever down to release the brake.Release the brake before moving the machine.Accelerator Pedal
Depress the pedal to INCREASE the engine speed. Release the pedal to DECREASE the engine speed. The accelerator pedal is used to stop the engine by pulling the pedal back past the detent.Transmission Control Lever (3F/3R)
Apply the service brake before moving the transmission control lever.
Direction Selector
Forward (1.)- Move the transmission control lever forward. The machine will move forward. Neutral (2.)- The machine should not move when lever is in NEUTRAL. Reverse (3.)- Move the transmission control lever towards the operator. The machine will move in REVERSE.Speed SelectorRotate transmission control lever (4) to the desired gear speed:1 - First Speed; 2 - Second Speed; 3 - Third SpeedTransmission Control Lever (3F/1R)
Apply the service brake before moving the transmission control lever.

Engaged (1.) (push in)- The transmission control lever is locked in NEUTRAL. Released (2.) (pull out)- The transmission control lever can be moved to the FORWARD or REVERSE position.Steering Column
Remove retaining bolt. Adjust the steering column angle. Install and tighten the bolt.
