Remove six bolts and washers (4). Use two people in order to lift the roof and move toward the rear window. Move the roof toward the rear window in order to access the antenna assembly. Inspect the grommet assembly for the cab roof (5) for wear or damage. If necessary, replace the grommet.

Remove screw (6) and disconnect the cable for the antenna (7). Remove the grounding strap (8) from the cab roof. Use two people in order to lift the cab roof from the cab.

Disconnect the wire that comes from smaller 119-9640 Pressure Switch (Low Pressure) (C) that is at location (A). The wire is attached to larger 119-9637 Pressure Switch (High/Low Pressure) (D) at location (A). The wire is shown at location (A) in Illustrations 7 and 8.
Disconnect the wire at location (B) from connector (E). This wire goes to the other wire on smaller 119-9640 Pressure Switch (Low Pressure) (C). The wire that is being disconnected is shown in Illustrations 7 and 8 at location (B) .
Connect the wire that was disconnected at location (B) in Step 2 to larger 119-9637 Pressure Switch (High/Low Pressure) (D). Connect this wire, that was removed in Step 1, at location (A). When you complete this procedure, this should leave both wires from smaller 119-9640 Pressure Switch (Low Pressure) (C) disconnected.Install the Cab Roof

Install inner cover (10) in the cab and install 15 washers and screws (9) .

Use two people in order to lift the cab roof onto the cab. Connect grounding strap (8). Connect the cable for antenna (7). Install the screw (6) on the cab roof.

Install six washers and bolts (4) with grommet assembly (5) .

Install antenna (2) and install screw (3) .

Install the washer and socket head bolt (1). The bolt and the washer reside under the roof on both sides of the cab.
