Remove top turbocharger shield (2) .

Remove three bolts (7) .
Remove bolt (8), washer (9), and plate (10) .
Remove tube assembly (11) that connects turbocharger (6) to the aftercooler.Note: Be sure to cover the openings in the aftercooler and the turbocharger in order to avoid contamination.

Remove bolts (12) that connect lubrication oil line (13) to turbocharger (6) .

Disconnect lubrication oil line (13) and remove line (13) .

Remove gasket (14) from the flange on tube assembly (11) .
Remove two O-ring seals (15) from tube assembly (11) .Note: Remove flange (16) in order to remove two O-ring seals on the end of tube assembly (11), if necessary.

Remove O-ring seal (17) from lubrication oil line (13) .Note: Cap lubrication oil line (13) in order to reduce the possibility of contamination after installation.

Disconnect coolant supply line (18) and coolant return line (19) from turbocharger (6) .

Remove two bolts (20), the washers, and the clamps for oil return line (21) .

Remove four bolts (22) and the nuts that attach turbocharger (6) to the exhaust manifold.
Use two people to remove turbocharger (6). The weight of turbocharger (6) is approximately 29.5 kg (65 lb).Note: Oil return line (21) is still connected to turbocharger (6). Disconnect oil line (21) as turbocharger (6) is removed.
Remove oil return line (21) .

Remove two O-ring seals (22) and rubber sleeve (23) from oil return line (21) .

Remove gasket (24) from the exhaust manifold.Note: Gasket (24) should be replaced with a new gasket.

Remove two bolts (25) .
Remove two bolts (26) and two bolts (27) .
Remove connector (28) and gasket (29) (not shown).
Remove four bolts (30). Remove two connectors (31) and the gaskets.
