Apply Tooling (B) to fitting (28), elbow (27), and fitting (26). Install fitting (28). Install elbow (27). Install fitting (26) .

Apply Tooling (B) to fitting (25), fitting (24), and sight glass (23). Install fitting (25). Install fitting (24). Install sight glass (23) .

Position the radiator and connect the radiator frame. Install bolts (22) .

Install bolts (21) .

Install bolts (20). Torque bolts (20) to 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft). Install bolts (19). Connect hose assembly (18) .

Install bolts (17). Torque bolts (17) to 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft). Install bolts (16) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to the radiator assembly. Install the radiator assembly. The weight of the radiator assembly is approximately 48 kg (105 lb).

Install pin (14). Install cotter (13) .
Repeat Step 8 for the other side.

Install strut (12). Install clip (11). Remove Tooling (A) .

Connect hose (10). Tighten clamp (9) .

Connect hose assemblies (8). Connect hoses (7). Tighten clamps (6). Connect tube assemblies (5) .

Connect the hose. Tighten clamp (4). Install strut (3). Install clip (2) .
Fill the radiator with coolant. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7468, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Check the hydraulic oil level. If the hydraulic oil level is low, add hydraulic oil to the hydraulic tank. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7468, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
