1 - Ejector Carrier And Guide Roller Bearings
Repack ejector carrier roller bearings at (2) and guide roller bearings at (1), located on each side of the scraper, every 2000 service hours.2 - Slack Adjusters
Lubricate the slack adjusters every 2000 service hours. Take out plug and install fitting. Apply two strokes of lubricant and reinstall plugs. One on each slack adjuster. On later machines, the slack adjusters are lubricated for life and require lubrication only at reconditioning.3 - Ejector Support Rollers
Lubricate the ejector support rollers every 10 service hours. Earlier machines are not equipped with these fittings.4 - Brake Camshaft Bearings
Lubricate the brake camshaft inner bearing at (1) and brake camshaft outer bearing at (2), located on each brake camshaft, every 250 service hours.6 - Apron Pivot Pin Bearings
Every 10 service hours, lubricate the apron pivot pin bearings. One on each side of scraper.7 - Bowl Lift Cylinder Rod Bearings
Every 10 service hours, lubricate the bowl lift cylinder bearings.
