The left camshaft bearings and the right camshaft bearings in the rear of the cylinder block must be installed such that the engine timing pin will pass freely through the cylinder block and the bearing.
1 18 1W-0105 Camshaft Bearing Install the camshaft bearings with the bearing joint toward the top face of the bore in the cylinder block.
D1 - - After installation, bore in the camshaft bearing is 174.151 0.020 mm (6.8563 0.0008 inch).
D2 - - Angle from the horizontal centerline to the center of the timing pin hole in the rear camshaft bearing is 25 5 degrees.
- - - Diameter of the camshaft journal is 173.80 0.03 mm (6.843 0.001 inch).
