Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (D), and a suitable lifting device to torque converter (11). The weight of torque converter (11) is approximately 540 kg (1190 lb).
Position torque converter (11) onto the transmission.
Install bolts (2). Note: Do not install the bottom bolts at this time.

Raise the transmission and torque converter. Reposition the blocking under the torque converter housing, as shown.
Install bottom bolts (2).

Install tube assembly (10), housing (9), and bolts (8).

Install tube assembly (7) and retaining ring (6).

Install screen assembly (5).

Install plate (4) and bolts (3).

Connect harness assembly (1).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the transmission and torque converter. The weight of the transmission and torque converter is approximately 1633 kg (3600 lb). Remove the transmission and torque converter from Tooling (B).
