Use Tooling (C) in order to install track roller (9). The weight of track roller (9) is 75 kg (165 lb). Position track roller (9) and install bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 900 100 N m (660 75 lb ft).

Use two people in order to install guard assembly (7). The weight of guard assembly (7) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Position guard assembly (7) and install bolts (5).
Install nut (4). Install guard (6) and (3).
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the machine. Remove Tooling (B). Lower the machine.

Personal injury can result from grease under high pressure.The adjuster cylinder for the track is under high hydraulic pressure. Grease under high pressure can cause injury. Do not visually inspect the adjuster to see if grease is released when the valve is opened. Check the rod to see that it moves to the rear into the front support on the track roller frame.
Tighten valve (2) to a torque of 35 5 N m (25 4 lb ft). Adjust the track tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".
