Connect hose assembly (32) from the left side of the engine.

Install oil filter (31) .

Pull hose assemblies (29) and (30) into position. Connect hose assemblies (29) and (30) to the gear pump that is located on the left side of the engine.

Connect heater hoses (26) and (27) .

Install tube (25) .

Connect hose (24) .

Install muffler (20) and clamps (21). Apply Tooling (D) to nuts (22). Install nuts (22). Connect hose (23).

Connect harness assemblies (19) to the electric starting motor.

Position refrigerant compressor (18) and install bolts (15). Connect hose assemblies (16) and (17).
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.

Connect harness assembly (14). Install cable straps (13).
