1. Remove plate (1). 2. Move the machine forward or backward to position the sprocket segment to be removed. Position the segment to be removed clear of the track at the top and bottom.3. Remove the nuts and bolts that hold the sprocket segment (2) to the hub. Remove sprocket segment (2) from the hub.4. Put a new sprocket segment (2) in position on the hub. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the washer face and threads of the bolts and nuts for the sprocket segment. Install the bolts and nuts (with the head of the bolt against the hub). Tighten all the nuts to a torque of 175 40 N m (130 30 lb ft). Then tighten the bolts an additional 120 degrees turn with a minimum torque after turn of 380 N m (280 lb ft).5. Move the machine forward or backward to position the next segment to be removed.6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for any remaining segments to be changed.7. Install the bolts and plate (1).
