Main hydraulic pump (19) is connected to the engine flywheel through a flexible coupling. Swing pump (18) is connected to the end of main hydraulic pump (19) .The main pump is a piston type pump that has a variable displacement. The pump has a swashplate that uses a power shift signal from the proportional reducing valve in order to regulate the hydraulic horsepower output from the pump. Swashplate sensor (30) is used to send a signal to the machine ECM.Swing pump (18) is bidirectional with a variable displacement and a swashplate. The swing pump is a part of the closed loop swing system. The swing pump is at zero displacement when the swing system is in NEUTRAL. The swing pump will upstroke in each direction, which depends on the direction of swing. The swing system proportional pilot limiting solenoid valve regulates the hydraulic horsepower output from the swing pump.Swing charge pump (27) is attached to the rear of swing pump (18). The charge pump keeps the swing system under pressure and the charge oil is used for cooling and lubrication. Fan drive pump (17) is splined to the swing charge pump.Internal Components
