View of the correct installation of 6N-6984 Grommet Assembly.1. Move condenser core (4) with a suitable lifting device into the installation position on condenser core mounting bracket (1).2. Position one 8T-4222 Washer (3) on top of existing welded boss (2) on the condenser core mounting bracket.3. Insert one 6N-6984 Grommet Assembly (5) into the condenser core frame.4. Place the condenser core frame on top of the positioned 8T-4222 (3) Washer.5. Place 8T-4222 Washer (6) on 8T-4186 Bolt (7).6. Position the condenser core into final assembly position. Install assembled 8T-4222 Washer (6) and 8T-4186 Bolt (7).
Make sure that the rubber of 6N-6984 Grommet Assembly (5) does not get pinched between the grommet sleeve and 8T-4222 Washer (6).
7. Repeat the installation procedure on the other three grommets.8. Tighten all four 8T-4186 Bolts to a torque of 50 10 N m (40 7 ft lb). Make sure that the grommets have maintained position and have not been pinched between the grommets' metal sleeves and the washers during the installation procedure.
