2. Remove two hose assemblies (1). 3. Remove filler group (2) from the transmission. Disconnect tube (3) from the transmission and move it to the side. Remove two hose assemblies (4). 4. Remove bracket (6), then push tube assemblies (5) to the side. 5. Remove hoses and tubes (7), (8), (9), (10), (11) and (12). 6. Remove bolts and flanges, then remove two hose assemblies (13). 7. Remove two bolts (14), then remove tube assembly (15) from the transfer gears (output). 8. Remove two bolts (16), then remove hydraulic control cable (17). 9. Remove four bolts to disconnect drive shaft (18). Put a block of wood under drive shaft to hold it in place. 10. Remove two hose assemblies (19).11. Install two 5/8" - 11 NC forged eyebolts on the input gear housing. Fasten a hoist to these eyebolts and to the lifting brackets on the output gear housing. 12. Remove the bolts that hold support brackets (20) to the mounting brackets on the machine frame. Remove bolts (21) that hold support brackets (20) to the input gear housing. Remove support brackets (20). 13. Remove the bolts that hold support brackets (23) to the mounting supports (24) on the machine frame. Lift the transmission enough to remove bolts (22) that hold support brackets (23). Remove support brackets (23). 14. Remove transmission and transfer gears (25) from the machine. The weight of the unit is 2132 kg (4700 lb).Install Transmission and Transfer Gears (Input and Output)
1. Fasten a hoist to the transmission and transfer gears. Lower the unit (1) into the machine. Make sure all hydraulic hoses, tubes and electrical wire are not in the way of the transmission. 2. Lower the transmission and transfer gears until support brackets (2) can be installed on the transfer gear case. Install the bolts that hold the support brackets to the transfer gear case (output). 3. Install support brackets (4) on the transfer gear case (input) with the bolts that hold it.4. Lower the transmission and transfer gears until the bolt holes in support brackets (2) and (4) are in alignment with the bolt holes in mounting supports (3) and (5). Install the bolts that hold the support brackets to the mounting supports. 5. Connect drive shaft (6) to the transfer gear case (output) with four bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 150 14 N m (110 11 lb ft). 6. Remove caps or covers from hose assemblies (7) and install on transfer gear case (output). 7. Install control cable (8) on the transmission hydraulic controls. 8. Install a new gasket (10) on tube assembly (9). Install tube assembly on transfer gear case (output) with the two bolts that hold it. 9. Install two hose assemblies (11) with the flanges and bolts that hold them. 10. Remove caps or covers from all hoses and tubes. Connect hoses and tubes (16), (12), (13), (14), (15) and (17) to their respective positions. 11. Install two hose assemblies (20). Connect tube
