When submitting claim for Parts Stock Action, Use the appropriate 99Z as the s/n, the appropriate Service Letter Program Number as the Part number in the Part Causing Failure field, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Description Code.
The information supplied in this service letter may not be valid after the termination date of this program.Do not perform the work outlined in this Service Letter after the termination date without first contacting your Caterpillar product analyst.

PROBLEM
Certain suspect 459-2234, 464-4074, 464-6803, 459-2222, and 459-2220 Graphical Displays (Monitor Groups) may fail at cold temperatures.
ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect all 459-2234, 464-4074, 464-6803, 459-2222, and 459-2220 Graphical Display Modules (Monitor Groups) in dealer parts stock.
Inspect the first five characters of the serial number for the suspect range.
If the serial number is in the suspect range, then remove the part from dealer parts stock.
If the serial number is not in the suspect range, then mark the package as inspected and return the part to dealer parts stock.
Suspect Range:
459-2234 = 1297G through 1817G
459-2220, 464-6803, 464-4074, 459-2222 = 1397G through 1987G
