3. Remove four bolts (1). Remove indicator light (2) and three switches (3) from plate (5). Remove cable (4) from plate (5). 4. Remove two clips (8) and move wiring (6) away from the bumper. Move cable (6) away from the bumper. 5. Remove two lines (10) from the fuel tanks that go to the fuel heater (9). 6. Fasten a lifting device to both sides of the bumper at lift points (11). 7. Install blocking (13) at both sides of the bumper. Remove bolts (12) that hold the bumper to the frame. Remove the bumper. The weight of the bumper is approximately 4530 kg (10,000 lb) with the fuel tanks empty. The following steps are for the installation of the bumper.8. Put the bumper in position on the machine and install blocking under both sides of the bumper. Install bolts (12) that hold the bumper to the frame.9. Connect two fuel lines (10).10. Put wiring (6) and cable (7) in position and fasten clips (8).11. Install indicator light (2), switches (3) and cable (4) on plate (5) and fasten plate (5) to the bumper with four bolts (1).12.
