Step 11: Install 6V-8398 Seal into 6V-8942 Reducer (10). Install 2 6V-8398 Seals into 6V-9837 Tee (12). Attach reducer (10) to 226-1354 Valve Group (11) with 9X-6580 Nut (10a) taking care that flow direction is correct. (Tighten to a torque of 125 +15/-0 Nm) Install reducer (10) into tee (12). (Tighten to a torque of 55 +5/-0 Nm) Install 6V-8398 Seal into 8C-8989 Elbow (13). (Image 2.7.1)
Attach elbow (13) to tee (12) and position roughly at 16 +/- 5 degree angle towards the rear. (Tighten to a torque of 55 +5/-0 Nm)(Image 2.7.2)

Step 12: Attach 257-8589 Hose Assembly (14) to tee in rear structure. Route the 257-8589 Hose Assembly through 6V-1889 Clip (15) and install 8T-4137 Bolt (16) and 8T-4121 Washer (17). Attach 226-1354 Valve Group to straight coupling on hose assembly. (Tighten both ends of the hose assembly to a torque of 125 +15/-0 Nm) (Tighten the clip bolt to a torque of 55 +/- 10 Nm)(Image 2.8.1)
Step 13: Attach 111-6691 Hose Assembly (6) from tee (12) to elbow on bottom of the oil cooler. (Tighten both ends to a torque of 55 +5/-0 Nm)(Image 2.8.1)
Step 14: Remove bolt from this location and install 8T4185 bolt (18). (Torque to 55 +/- 10 Nm)(Image 1.8.1)
Step 15: Secure hose assembly in 6D4244 clip (19) and install 2 8T4121 washers (17) one behind the clip and one behind the nut and then install 8T4133 nut (20) onto 8T4185 bolt (18). (Torque to 55 +/- 10 Nm)(Image 2.8.1)

Step 16: Attach 313-9207 Hose Assembly (21) from elbow at bypass valve to elbow at fan enclosure. (Tighten both ends of the hose assembly to a torque of 55 +5/-0 Nm)(Image 2.9.1)
Step 17: Attach 204-8000 Mount-Tie Strap (22) to boss on the bottom of the rear structure with 8T-4136 Bolt (7) and 8T-4121 Washer (17). (Tighten to a torque of 55 +/-10 Nm) Secure the 313-9207 Hose Assembly (21) to the 204-8000 Mount-Tie Strap (22) with 7K-1181 Strap (23).

Step 18: Reinstall the tool box, plate, bracket and mat. (Tighten all bolts to a torque of 55 +/- 10 Nm)
Refer to the attached ET screen shots to record the minimum and maximum calibrated fan current parameters.
Record these values and fill out a Service Request Ticket.
Mark ticket as Product Inquiry/Informational.
Specify ticket to go to Tier II Small Wheel Loader Product Support.
