Remove seven bolts (1) on the outside of outboard guard (2). Remove four bolts on the inside of outboard guard on the left roller frame. Remove outboard guard (2) from the left roller frame. Repeat the procedure on the right roller frame.

Attach lifting straps to axle (3). Move the axle into position so that the end of the axle goes through the left roller frame. Install the roller frame onto the pin in the center of the axle.

Use retaining pin (4) and bushing (5) in order to secure the roller frame to pin (6). Pin (6) is located at the center of the axle. Secure the retaining pin with a cotter pin.

Install wear plate (7) on pin (8) .

Use four bolts (10) and four washer (11) in order to install plate (9) onto pin (8). Install bushing (12) onto pin (8) .

Use two bushings (14), two pins (15), and two cotter pins (16) in order to install link (13) .

Use a lift truck in order to install the right roller frame onto the axle.
Repeat Step 3 through Step 6 on the right roller frame.
