(A) 50.8 mm (2.00 inch)
Visually locate two bolts (B) that attach the rear of the roof cap (C) to FOPS plate (D) .
Measure a point on roof cap (C) that is 50.8 mm (2.00 inch) up from the bottom of roof cap (C) at each bolt location. Mark this point.Note: Make sure that you use a 5.4 mm or 7/32 inch drill bit in order to drill the 5.4 mm (0.213 inch) pilot hole. This is important for a successful installation.
Drill a 5.4 mm or 7/32 inch pilot hole at each marked location.
Install washers (1) and self-tapping screws (2) into each drilled hole. Tighten the screws to 12 N m (8.9 lb ft).
