ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect the NRS cooler weld joints on the exhaust outlet end of the cooler as shown in Image1. May need to use a mirror to look at the backside and bottom of NRS cooler weld.
If an incomplete or cracked weld is found, replace the NRS cooler according to the "After Failure" portion of this program.
Take photos of any incomplete or cracked welds on the NRS cooler and attach in SIMS with claims reported as "After Failure". "After Failure" claims that don't include attached photo evidence of the incomplete or cracked weld in SIMS will be rejected.
