The "Auto Carry" menu is displayed on the "Home Menu" only if the machine is equipped with Auto Carry. The "Auto Carry" menu allows the operator or the technician to access two separate screens. The first screen allows the user to adjust the load factor for the "Auto Carry" function. The second screen contains "Auto Carry" information that can only be viewed.

The "Auto Carry" menu option is entered by selecting "Auto Carry" from the "Home Menu" Press the up arrow button or the down arrow button until "Auto Carry" is highlighted in order to select the "Auto Carry" menu. Then press the "OK" button. Refer to Illustration 2. Note: The "Home Menu" can be displayed from any screen by pressing the Home button. The first "Auto Carry" screen will now be displayed.

The first "Auto Carry" screen will display the following "Load Factor" information at the top of the display area. There are three displayed parameters.These parameters can only be viewed.

Track SlipThe information displayed on the bottom of the first "Auto Carry" screen allows the operator to adjust the load factor for the "Auto Carry" function.The load factor function allows the operator to make adjustments which help to maximize efficiency when varying underfoot conditions exist. The "Auto Carry" software is designed to consider a number of machine functions in an effort to keep the optimum load in the blade during the carry segment of the "Auto Carry" cycle. The "Auto Carry" function attempts to keep the engine lugged to the most efficient state. However, individual machine characteristics and specific operating conditions introduce variables that the "Auto Carry" strategy cannot anticipate. The load factor option may be able to minimize the impact of these unpredictable characteristics and conditions.Use the left arrow button or right arrow button in order to adjust the "Load Factor". The left arrow button is used to decrease the "Load Factor" down to a level of 80% of the targeted efficiency rate. The right arrow button is used to increase the "Load Factor" up to a level of 105% of the targeted efficiency rate.Note: Generally, decreasing the load factor allows more track slip and increasing the load factor allows less track slip.To view the second "Auto Carry" screen press the "OK" button. The following information will be displayed:

Right Lift Cylinder Extension
