Use caution to avoid possible personal injury when adjusting the bucket positioner.Stop the engine and lower all equipment to relieve the hydraulic pressure.Engage the parking brake and block the tires to prevent sudden movement of the machine.Keep unauthorized personnel off the machine.

Start the engine. Lower the bucket (attachment) to the ground.
Position the bucket at the desired angle to the ground. Stop the engine. Turn the engine start switch key to OFF and remove the key. Move the tilt control lever to the TILT BACK detent.

Loosen two bolts (1). Tighten spreader screw (2) in order to loosen the tube assembly clamp. Move the switch down the cylinder in order to increase the digging angle. Move the switch up the cylinder in order to decrease the digging angle. When the desired angle is reached, loosen spreader screw (2) and tighten bolts (1) .
To test the adjustment, start the engine. Raise the bucket. Move the tilt control lever to the TILT BACK detent.
When you reach the preset angle, the tilt control lever should return to HOLD.Lift Kickout Height

Start the engine. Raise the bucket to the desired lift kickout height and stop the engine.

Lift Kickout Positioner (1) Magnet. (2) Bolts. (3) Control Group. (4) Bolts.
Loosen bolts (4). Adjust control group (3) so the center edge of magnet (1) is even with the center of control group (3) .
Tighten bolts (4) .
Loosen bolts (2). Adjust control group (3) so the face is 8 2 mm (0.32 0.08 inch) from magnet (1) .
Tighten bolts (2) .
To check the adjustment, start the engine. Move the bucket lift lever to the RAISE detent position.When the bucket reaches the preset lift height, the bucket lift lever should return to the HOLD position.
If the kickout position is not correct, perform Steps 1 through 6 again.
