Follow latest implement pump assembly instruction in Disassembly and Assembly manual for the machine.Note: After installing the rotating group into the body assembly, the bronze surface of the pump barrel should be 2.1 mm (0.08 inch) above the surface of the body assembly.Note: Do not install Belleville Springs (1) or listed Spacers ( (2), (3), (4), or (5) ) with 179-6521 Test Ring.
Refer to Table 2 to determine the correct spacer to use.
Remove 179-6521 Test Ring.
Install four Belleville Springs (1) and Spacer ( Refer to step 2). Refer to Illustration 1 for required belleville spring orientation.
Complete pump assembly by following instructions in Disassembly and Assembly manual for machine.
