Blade Slope Calibration
In order to carry out a calibration for the Blade Slope Sensor, complete the following steps:

Use the arrow keys in order to scroll to "Calibrate Sensor" on the "Setup Menu - Configuration" menu.Refer to Illustration 1.
Press the "OK" key.The AccuGrade System allows two ways for calibrating the blade slope sensor. Choose one of the following options:Blade Slope Sensor (Turnaround) - This option allows calibration of the sensor without the use of a level. The machine will need to be rotated for this procedure.Proceed to Step 9.Blade Slope Sensor - This option allows calibration of the sensor with the use of a digital level.Proceed to Step 3.

Use the arrow keys in order to scroll to "Blade Slope Sensor" on the "Calibrate Sensors" window.Refer to Illustration 2.

Press the "OK" key.A window that is similar to Illustration 3 appears.
Raise the bowl so that there is enough room in order to use a level under the edge of the blade.Note: .Do Not Move The Bowl.
Place blocks under the bowl before checking in order to ensure that the bowl is level.
Use the digital level in order to measure the slope of the cutting edge of the bowl. Enter this value into the "Measured blade slope" field of the "Calibrate Sensor" dialog. Use the "Swap Slope" softkey in order to set the correct direction of slope.
Press the "Calibrate" softkey.The Blade Slope Sensor is calibrated to 0.0 percent. The "Calibrate Sensor" dialog is closed. The "Calibrate Sensors" dialog appears.Note: The machine must be on a level surface and the blade must be located in the operating position.The "Calibrate Sensor" dialog shows the current blade slope reading from the sensor.Proceed to Step 15.
Use the arrow keys in order to select "Blade Slope Sensor (Turnaround)".
Press the "OK" key.
Park the machine on a level surface. Place a mark on the surface just to the left and right sides of the cutting edge.

Press the Right Arrow Soft Key.
Turn the machine around and set the bowl in the previous location with respect to the marks.

Press the Right Arrow Soft Key.

Press "Finish". The Blade Slope Sensor is calibrated. The "Calibrate Sensors" dialog is closed. The "Setup Menu - Configuration" dialog appears.
